Our experienced engineering team specializes in comprehensive preliminary engineering and front-end due diligence. Whether our clients come to us with a fully developed data room and a formal RFP or with just a site lease and production targets, we serve as a dedicated partner, diving deep into both the civil and electrical cost-drivers of each project.
Leveraging a variety of in-house civil engineering resources, we thoroughly assess site topography, evaluate potential grading, review flood zones and potential wetlands, explore stormwater management options, and seek to understand the specific requirements of local authorities. Our in-house electrical team evaluates site constraints and crafts each layout to optimize for performance, site-specific construction methods, and real-world limitations. Our production modeling team iterates site designs early to inform product selection and energy targets.
